SpiritPlants Radio
I just noticed a Comment on OM, from the guy who runs SpiritPlants Radio - so someone may want to contact him about collaborations with writing, or creating a radio show, or whatever.
After Fly got me linked to Radio Free Amsterdam (John Sinclair, et al) I made a few links on the home blog about radio shows I like listening to when online. Better than my little CD collection! Full of surprises!
If you can work out the time zones, you will find RAW programmed in there at SpiritPlants Radio, amongst other wonderful stuff.

Hello everyone,
Thank you for the attention you've given to SpiritPlants Radio! I've long been a fan of RAW, having enjoyed his Illuminatus Trilogy and other writings, and also listening to his lectures. He was a funny old fucker, with lots of hard-won wisdom in his soul. I think of him with the same kind of admiration I have for McKenna, Lilly, Huxley, Watts, Hofmann.
SpiritPlants Radio is always looking for new DJs. It's easy and lots of fun. On the main radio page (http://sfradio.yage.net), there is also a chat room link where a lot of the DJs hang out. Feel welcomed to visit.
Lastly, when not running the radio, I write and work on projects for my Scriptor Press (http://www.scriptorpress.com). We publish a literary quarterly that usually features some pieces related to psychedelia. Also on that site is a list of free PDF books we've published, some of which are anthologies of writings on psychedelics (http://www.scriptorpress.com/nobordersbookstore.html).
Thanks again!
Peace,
Raymond
Thanks Raymond!
I hadn't come across the NoBorders Free Bookstore - what a treasure trove!
That'll keep me busy...
PKD story The king of the elves before. Looks like its going to be made into a Disney film.
Thanks for visiting the No Borders Bookstore project. I wanted to reiterate, by way of invitation, that SpiritPlants Radio is always looking for new DJs (spiritplantsradio@gmail.com), and Scriptor Press for new writers / artists (editor@scriptorpress.com). I am one who believes strongly in collaboration, and in reaching out to new partners. Be in touch, and I will check back in here for what's going on too.
Peace,
Raymond
Thanks for the enthusiasm Raymond!
As a group scattered around the planet we sometimes take a while to overcome the spacetime inertia, but I have already heard stirrings at the email level, at least.
I have seen a playlist suggested, by someone quite capable of delivering transmission quality recordings, etc.
For myself, I don't really have access to the technology, and as a non-muso it would probably involve readings from my favourite psychedelic texts - perhaps the English guys (to go with my accent) - Michael Hollingshead, Aldous Huxley, Alan Watts, etc.
I am not short of ideas, but I suspect they might remain brief samples, cut into a playlist...
I hope we may offer you something in the coming months, it sounds like fun to me!

After going to the SpiritPlants blog I found a Rick Strassman interview (which I listened to last thing, on the netbook.) Excellent!
Lots more links, too. I ended up this morning with Joseph Campbell on Buddhism...
